We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Users must provide contact information (such as name, delivery address and telephone number) and financial information (such as card number, cardholder address, expiry date and security number).
All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance.
Your order will be accepted, and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place upon delivery provided that we have processed and received payment in full for such Goods.
Huzaro has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this Website, and in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing; and that the Goods have been fairly described. However, please note that we may only accept Orders if there are no material errors in the description of the Goods or their prices as advertised on this Website.
Non-acceptance of an Order may be as a result of one of the following:
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment. We may contact you to check your Card details
- The identification of a pricing or product description error as referred to above.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out in these Terms.
Whenever we need to contact you we will use the contact information you have provided.
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties; or if due to an error or omission. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we will inform you. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion: either contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Huzaro, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase.
EASY RETURNS – We offer a 14 day returns period and endeavour to process all returns within 72 hours of receipt provided the goods are returned in the original condition, including all labels and packaging intact. It can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
We regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that become lost and/or damaged in transit. We therefore strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service and keep a record of this to avoid disappointment.
A refund for the goods (excluding shipping costs) will be issued once the return is processed at our warehouse.
To exchange online purchases simply complete a new online order for the desired replacement and return the unwanted Good(s) for a full refund.
Whilst we acknowledge that this is technically not an exchange service it is by far the most efficient and fastest way to ensure that you receive the goods you require.
If you feel that your item is defective/broken/faulty and it is still under warranty, please contact our Customer Support team (email@example.com) with as much information as possible with regards to the fault, including photos if applicable.
We cannot make any decisions prior to inspecting any claim. Should the item be found genuinely faulty we aim to reach a fair and agreed solution, which may be a refund, a replacement or a professional repair.
Please note that we may need to send the item to the original supplier or a fully certified testing company to seek an independent and professional assessment; this process can take up to four weeks.
THIS BIT IS IMPORTANT! – Items must be returned in a clean and dry condition and be free from dirt: unclean items will be sent back to you. Failure to follow the Warranty Returns procedure may significantly affect our ability to process your return and cause a delay in issuing your refund/replacement/repair.
After a period longer than 14 days from the purchase of goods, we do not accept returns caused by mechanical damage to electricity. Such as, cut cable, broken cable, broken lights, flooding electricity.
EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) Right to Cancel
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order under the CRD – you will need to inform us in writing within 14 days for unwanted goods and 30 days for faulty/damaged goods. You can do this by email. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Warranties and Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. In the absence of any negligence other than a breach of duty by Huzaro, your use of any Goods other than in accordance with their operating manuals and/or instructions is entirely at your own risk. Huzaro will make every effort to deliver goods within a reasonable time from the date of your order and to comply with our obligations under these Terms, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to adverse weather, traffic delays, mechanical breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control. The information contained in the material in this Website is only for information purposes. Huzaro, by permitting the use of this Website, does not hold itself out as providing any legal, financial or other advice.
